Legal Services With more than 30 years of experience in each field, we are the ones to trust for legal advice and representation. Our firm offers assistance with small business structuring of corporations, including c-corp and s-corp status, a limited liability company, as well as taxation assistance with cases involving the IRS. Representing minority enterprises and women owned businesses as diversity suppliers is one of our concentrations.
Our firm also practices consumer protection and real estate law and represents people who are disabled. In fact, we work on cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), focusing on the failure of others to provide public access to public places.
Community Involvement Our firm has been recognized throughout the community for our support of small children and work with local churches. In addition, we offer mentoring for small businesses and underprivileged children who aspire to become entrepreneurs.
Business History Roy Landers, the founder of our law firm, was raised with seven other siblings by a single mother who was the victim of an unfair insurance incident when he was twelve years old. From that point on, Landers decided to become an attorney so that he could make sure that no one ever got that treatment again; he has always rooted for the underdog.
